RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we are not able to offer you a refund or exchange.Ā Our return/exchange policy does not apply toĀ orders under R500ex shipping.

ForĀ Funko POPS to be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Items marketed and sold as ā€œFinal Saleā€ or certain ā€œExclusivesā€ are not eligible for returns.

  • Items purchased in bulk, defined as purchases with 6pcs or more of the same item, are not eligible for returns.Ā 

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For Apparel to be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Apparel may not be worn or washed and must have all original tags attached.

  • Unwashed:Ā has not gone through a wash/dry cycle, no scent.
    In original condition:Ā no pet hair, smells, damage, or signs of wear.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Did you receive the wrong item or is your order damaged? Please email us and we will get it resolved right away.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Ā  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
